-special set-up arranged where priority treatment given to Platinum sponsors at annual conferences- invited to participate in the talk slots (two) / exhibition during the annual conference
- in the event we have 2 or more Platinum / Gold Sponsors, itSMF MY reserves the right to divide
equally the coverage and slots based on Event Management
- Gold sponsors will be given one talk slot / exhibition during annual conference
- Any other speaker who wish to contribute to talk slot sessions will be charged a one time fee
(subject to marketing dept)
- ALL corporate sponsors will be allowed to invite clients with a special discount ( x % off listed event price- set by marketing dept)
- use of Corporate logo on all promotional material for conference and exhibition (size varies for Platinum, Gold, Silver)
- Expanded entry in conference delegate pack. (for Platinum, Gold, Silver)
* In itSMF MY communication channels:
- these partners will have their logos on first page of the Website, on the magazine and in the newsletter. (Platinum, Gold, Silver)
- bi-directional links will be set up between sponsors and itSMF MY website.
